Hi, I'm Mellie. I've spent over 20 years in HR, and in my late 40s, I'm navigating perimenopause while still building a career and a life I actually want.
I've sat on both sides of the HR table. I know what managers say when you leave the room. I know what accommodations are actually available and how to ask for them without torpedoing your credibility. And I know what it feels like when your brain stops cooperating at the exact moment your career needs you most.
