Next Season is a free, private workplace navigation tool built for women navigating perimenopause, menopause, ADHD, and burnout while continuing to show up at work. It combines HR expertise, legal awareness, and clinical understanding to give women the language, the scripts, and the knowledge they need to advocate for themselves at work without oversharing or risking their credibility. Since its soft launch it has supported over 17,000 women across the US, UK, Australia, Canada, and beyond.

Next Season was founded by Mellie, GPHR is an HR executive with over 20 years of experience in human resources, workforce strategy, and organizational development. Mellie built Next Season from her own experience navigating perimenopause while working at the executive level, and from two decades of watching women leave jobs, miss promotions, and suffer in silence because they did not have the language to ask for support. She is available for media interviews, keynote speaking, and corporate consulting.
